• Apple App Store (iOS)：订阅由 Apple 直接管理。访问 reportaproblem.apple.com，使用 Apple ID 登录，选择 'Request a refund'，然后选择您的 Reminda 订阅。

• Google Play Store (Android)：对于 48 小时内的购买，直接在 play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory 申请退款。48 小时后，发送电子邮件至 [billing@reminda.ai](mailto:billing@reminda.ai)，并附上您的 Google Play 订单 ID (GPA)。
