How to delete your account and zero-knowledge data
Step-by-step instructions for permanently purging your account, cryptographic keys, and encrypted data.
Because Reminda is built on zero-knowledge encryption, deleting your account is a permanent, irreversible action.
Method 1: In-app deletion (Recommended)
1. Open the Reminda web application, iOS app, or Android app.
2. Navigate to Settings > Account.
3. Scroll to the bottom and click Delete account.
4. Enter your master password to authorize cryptographic key erasure.
Method 2: Email deletion request
If you cannot access the client app, send an email to privacy@reminda.ai from your registered account email with the subject line 'Account Deletion Request'.
Data purging timeline: Once key deletion is initiated, your encrypted data vault becomes mathematically unreadable and is permanently purged from primary servers within 30 days.
